The zip file unzips to a read me file and a single activation and set up file, so installation is a breeze. If you wish to install the game to a drive other than the boot drive (which will help keep your computer running at optimal speed) the install wizard gives you the opportunity to browse your computer and select other locations other than the default program files. I'm not sure about the installation path because it tried to install to the previous installation on my computers, and no shortcut was installed to the desktop, so you should make a note of where it's being installed to so that you can create your own shortcut. (It was actually written in response to a Merscom game). For those that are unsure about how to do that there is a short tutorial that tells you how to create shortcuts for both the desktop and programs start menu :

Introduction & Game info:
Here is a game developed by Game over Games and provided by Merscom LLC. Momof3, comment #1, Laura Sierra comment #3 and SD comment #6 from the previous giveaway sum up the game admirably (see link above). I haven’t the time to do a full review today, so this intro and game info section are mainly cut and paste jobs from various sites ;) The conclusion is about the only section that has my own thoughts written down.
In Jewel Craft, learn the ancient art of cutting gems and creating unbelievably intricate pieces of jewelry. Along the way, follow the adventures of a young apprentice gem-cutter as he becomes a master jeweler celebrated throughout the kingdom. See the beauty within as you carefully choose stones to create brightly colored and delicate pieces, or relax in challenge mode and practice creating gems. It’s a challenging and beautiful new turn on match-three gameplay!

System Requirements:
OS: Windows XP Windows Vista
Memory: 512 MB
DirectX: 7.0 or later
CPU: P1.6 GHz
Video: 32MB 3D Video Card
Most systems should comply with the above requirements unless you have a pre millennium shop bought computer as opposed to a self build computer), though I still had a 1.5GHz CPU in one of my computers up until a few months ago (CPU’s still available if anyone wants it for free - even now eight months later)
Conclusion:
I realized when I started playing this that I already had the game (I purchased it for my daughter as she loves jewel matching games). I have far too many games now that I've lost track of many. I keep coming across Emails with activation codes for games I'd forgotten I had. (the prescribed drugs are to blame).
This is definitely a thumb up from me today (I rarely give a thumbs down). The game play is great and has an absorbing story line that adds to the overall feel of the game. There is no help menu; however the start of any new game in both story and challenge mode has a reasonable animated tutorial that you cannot skip. Thankfully when you decide you’ve had enough for the day, the game is automatically saved. The game is fully mouse controlled and the music is relaxing and appropriate (IMO)and for me adds to the overall feel of the game This is worth 7.5 out of 10 from me, and if you’re into jewel matching games would definitely be worth even more.
Thank you Merscom LLC and the Game Giveaway for a pleasant game today
