Not long ago I installed the giveaway Instant Memory Cleaner. I liked the program so I installed it on my laptop as well. Soon things started to happen. I finally traced it down to Instant Memory Cleaner which comes with a backdoor generic Trojan that loads each time you re-boot your computer.

Use revo to uninstall it. http://www.revo.com Choose the advance uninstall.
Then go to the hijack this forums in the http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showforum=36 and make a post there after installing trend micros hijack this. There will be a post pinned to the top of the page with instructions. You do have to register.
You can also go directly to trend micros' forum's or bitdefenders for help. There alot places you can go for help.The virus probably made a copy of it's self somewhere, so every time you remove it, it comes back. They make them sneaky now days.
Oh be patient if you choose to go any of the forums. Those people volunteer their time to help people, so it can take a few days.
