   Please excuse if this is not the right area to post.
   For a week now I have not received email notification. When I attempted to sign up to email notification again, the message said I had been 'paused' suggesting I contact the administrator.
   Is there a way to un-pause my subscription?

   Hi LisaK2. Try sending a PM to the administrators.

   Just below where it says "welcome, Lisa K2!" there’s a hyperlink that says “You have no new messages”, (assuming you don't); click on that. It takes you to your PM's; where you can select, from a drop down menu, several people. Click on Admin and write a message asking your question. Hopefully within a week you'll get a reply. You can tell when the PM has been read because the buff coloured envelope that appears next to unopened mail disappears
