How can this happen? Am I banned or is it a pre-moderation?
Thanks.

Hi,
I apologise for this annoyance.
No, you are not banned and not pre-moderated.
These forums have the nasty habit to delete posts at random.
It is due to the anti-spam filters.
Though I'm a user with administrator rights, I'm not able to change that. I can only undelete posts when I get a request.
I'm very sorry and want to thank you for your helpful participation here. Not many developers and publishers find the time to discuss with their users.
I got your replies back from the bin and hope it won't happen again.

Hi Graylox!
It's ok, thanks a lot for your help :-)
I echo Graylox's comments with respect to the rarity of developers and publishers posting on these forums. It's very much appreciated that you have taken the time to post here. Thank you.
The same issue again;( This time in another thread.
I've posted a reply (to the initial post by Dragonlair) in the following topic, but it seems my post is visible by me only:

I'm very sorry, that it happened again.
I could restore your replies.
These forums need an overhaul, and we admins asked for it a long time ago.
Maybe we can hope for a new forum design, now as we have seen a lot of changes on the website.
Thanks again for your replies. I have recommended your website several times, because of your helpfulness.
Good luck.

I might have responded differently both by email and my posts had I known that I was getting responses on this site. This practice of getting caught into the moderation queue is unfortunate for all parties in any problem or misunderstanding.
I do appreciate the fact that ToomkyGames does read this site and followup on suggestions. I have also publicly posted that it is my preferred free game site because of the cleanliness of the install (and not just no hijacking but no 6 MB+ of garbage with every game).
Hello graylox,
Thank you for restoring our replies.
2 Dragonlair,
Yeah, it was quite a confusing experience;)
We hope these issues will pass away soon.
I wished I could white-list members, but that's not possible.
In the last few years since this annoyance hit the forums, we lost a lot of regular members; the GOTD team was informed - but nothing changed.
When I get a message about a lost post, I can look for it in the bin and restore it - as long as the bin has not been emptied.
