   Hi, did anyone already get this months free game from the Alawar game box?
   I was wondering what it would be.
   I would hate for it to be the Natalie Brooks game, LOL.

   They seem to be repeating past giveaways, but for those who haven't bothered with the gamebox yet, it's worth getting. The gamebox is unlike other game managers that you get from distribuors such as iWin and Big Fish Games. You don't need to use the game box and it wont open when you've finised playing the game, though if you wish you can add any game even if it's not an Alawar game to the game box list.

   Hi, Crusaders of Space is the one I got in August, but it is still showing.
   I think it doesn't change until the date it was installed?

   I've heard you mention and explain the "Alawar Game Box" before. To the best the knowledge I've never purchased an Alawar game and do not know that I've ever played one. Do you have to have an Alawar product on your computer for the Game Box to work?

   Sorry, I didn't answer your question sooner Bigun, no you don't need to have Alawar games installed. you can set the box to pick up any game on your computer if you wish, though it's not necessary to run the box to play a game.

   I'm sure Snowy has been given away previously as well. Last months crusaders of Space was a repeat. Still, it will give those that failed to download the game previously to download it. :)

   Thanks for the information. I looked for an Alawar game on my computer and could not find one. Strange, I was almost positive that I had a least one of their games.

   Very nice work on your game column Stephen. I missed downloading a game from yesterday and I will go back and see if I can find it.

   I must have misspelled "Alawar" earlier when I was looking for one of their games. Going back, I found two. I "CrusadersOfSpace 2" and "? - lost the thought".

   I have gone for the Game box.
