   sigh, well I've tried and tried some more with both IE7 and Firefox 3 and still it won't download for me. I keep getting the following message "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded" Or Firefox's responce - "This download has been blocked by your Security Zone Policy - gamehouse.com"

   I've never run into this problem before and have tried everything I know of to allow the dowload to go through. (I'm about to tear my hair out at this point)

   There was no problem going through all the steps to recieve my order #(8 numbers long)
   or the rest of the license codes 1. game name 2. my full name and lastly the reg number Y6EGF-_____-_____ .

   Please, could a kind soul upload their copy from gamehouse and allow me to download from there? I can supply the rest of the reg code etc.. should you wish to see it. I just didn't think it should be stated here. Also Please feel free to ask BuBBy or Lee for my email addy.

   Will do the bunny dance for help

   when i checked my IE security settings
   >>>Tools>>>Internet Options>>>Security>>>Restricted Sites>>>Sites
   gamehouse.com was listed as blocked...
   you'd have to trust & unblock it...

   Thank you. Though I've already done this with both IE and Firefox. Still a no download :( I just don't get it since I normally have no problem what-so-ever.

   you're welcome...
   Spybot & Webroot SpySweeper also list the site as blocked in the Hosts file...
   not sure which (or if both) blocked the site...
   maybe check those if you have them...?...

   Thanks again Violet I truly appreciate your trying to help me with this.

   Your mind thinks alot like mine. Though I've gone through every bit of security on this ensuring none were blocking the download. Then went on to download from two other sites along with GOTD's. I'm stumped. Yet I really love playing Mah Jong and so I don't want to miss out.

    When I initially read this thread I misinterpreted the deal and assumed that you had to watch an advert whenever you played the game, but then realized you just had to watch a video to get the download and unlock code.

    It's well worth the effort. :)

    When I got the pay screen it had three items ticked which included the game another game and a CD of the game. The offer code was already in place. When I un-checked the box next to the CD and the other game; the free game - which initially said $19.99, changed to $0.00.
