I was wondering if anyone could provide me with a program that allow me to monitor my computer (like what sites my siblings are going to).

Games GuruMy internet provider is Virgin Media. We get a free package called PC Guard that includes parental controls; though Lee is correct with respect to browser history.
To ensure that the history isn't wiped to soon ensure that you have it set properly. To do this right click on your internet browsers icon. Select Internet properties and then go to the history section and adjust the 'days to keep history' counter. The maximum you can keep your history is 99 days.
The following are software that record usage on your computer (key loggers). I’ve included a short list of commercial programs then a reasonable list of freeware programs. LOL. It is called paranoia - if someone believes they are being watched (even if they aren't) they are much less likely to do the wrong thing. (So do you feel lucky, punk?).
Traffic and Speed cameras work on that principle all the time. Many "sites" can have the housing, but no working camera installed. People slow down when they see the signs and a "box on a pole" by the side of the road. You take your chances....

Games GuruPersonally I'd never use such methods; relying more upon trust. However that doesn't always work. My children are still too young to surf the net for what I'd consider inappropriate sites, though my son has caused minor upsets (through viri and other malware) after visiting game walkthrough and cheat code sites, which I've asked him not to. But I'd never consider spying on him.
