   I tried talking about this earlier, but i did not get comments from active forumers. What do you guys think about changing to GMT???

   I answered at least once. and I've been active for a year now.

   like I said, gmt -8:00 appears more fun.

   but the *server* time rolls past midnight 3 hours before the giveaway does, if you want more confusion to figure out.

   moving to gmt would just confuse all the long term users that already have the 'time to check' window figured out and set as a habit, eh?

   seriously, it's a global access site- what's the relevance of the rose line to anyone in a different zone??

   probably they set it up so the server isn't hammered as bad at rollover, and that includes avoiding local midnight at the host.

   it ain't broke, don't fix it?

   just my opinion....

   My opinion...worth about the pixels it triggers...Fine as is. Like I say good.
