hotdoge3: How do I correct this problem in the future? I've not ever had a problem d/ling anything from here before this. I suppose I'll have to be satisfied with the basic free version of this. Tho' I really wanted the Home version. Oh well, life's like that from time to time; so my mother told me very often! Thanks, anyway. Cheryl.

CherylL5156, try downloading the pro version and moving files from the installed folder to the free edition. Some of the fold roptions will be transferred over to the free version, though you obviously don't get the full pro version. You'll have to experiment with the files, but if you check inside each of the Free and pro (or even the home edition), you'll find some files that are common. If you mess things up you can re install the free version. also check out the free packs. (there's a link in the comments section for the free add-ons)
I would experiment, but I've still got the pro version from a few months ago, so don't want to mess that up. I did do it on another computer which wasn't connected to the internet and found that I got some of the features from the pro edition that were not present in the free edition. It's worth a shot. also for chnging the color of your folders theres another freeware application called Rainbow folders that allows you to change your folder colors in a much larger variety of colors.

Also try Madotate a 3D desktop manager, though don't click on the yellow download button, but the link that's below the image of the settings window:

Whiterabbit: Thanks a bunch for all of the suggestions. Sorry I took so long in replying, "other" things got in the way! I will be trying all of your suggestions and keep what I like and works for me. Once again, thank you very much for the info. You are a very kind guy and I've been praying for you and your health ever since I read your story in the other thread. You've got a very positive outlook on life and that will take you far and make your life a bit easier. Greetings from the USA! Cheryl.
