I installed this program (SecureAPlus) tonight,(27-03-15), on 2 different computers. One Win 8.1x64, and one Win7x64. Both installations were quirky and not smooth. My antivirus on Win 7 stopped it at one point. I am writing because I had great difficulty trying to register these programs. My tiny Win 8.1 notebook does not have an email client, its just a 20 GB drive, used for researching & downing repair programs for my 2 big computers in case of BSOD. Anyway I had to register both programs via my Win 7'S email client, but there was no way I can explain I have two programs, installed at 2 different times, but one email address. The return email they sent me did not have a long registration number in it, and the ID code in the program's icon on the Taskbar's -right click was the only numbers I had. I tried to email them at the address on GOTD's page, but either it was down or just too busy at that time. I will try again tomorrow. Both computers got scanned or partially scanned. The 2nd installation was close to closing time for that give away, but its a 320 GB Drive that's almost full and would have taken too long, which is fine if I really have the program, but useless to me if I don't. Computer's are clean anyway.

Please, can you assist with this problem? I found this method of registering a program tedious and confusing.

You don't seem to be the only one who had issues judging from the comments. Your problem seems somewhat related to the one in Comment 9, so I'll paste the reply:

Yes you can install multiple PCs and register multiple IDs for this promotion under one SecureAPlus account so that you can manage security on those devices from a central account.

Giveaways don't generally include technical support but they seemed active in the comments so maybe they'll help. There's really nothing that GOTD can do at this point as the Giveaway has expired but the developer did appear willing to help.
Also, there's no reason you can't have multiple email address. Use one of the free email providers or simply create a new on with your current provider.

Thanks so much for answering and you're advice.
This morning all problems disappeared. The program runs well on both computers, the initial Scans were both finished, and the programs are registered. Surprised and very pleased. I like very much. Will purchase for my 3rd computer, that's down right now.All the best,
