Welcome to the forums!

I am sure lots of people are willing to help you.But you should give us some more info on how this partition was deleted and what OS you are running..
Also please give us more details about the external HD your are using.

You may try Partition Table Doctor from Easus (seen) ealier here on GAOTD : http://www.ptdd.com/index.htm

Or also try the excellent find and mount :
http://findandmount.com/

You'll probably need another external HDD to store what was lost on the first one?
