It's not the same offer we got via the game giveaway back in March. Though you should still be able to get some free booster packs.
Personally I've all but abandoned the game due to constant crashes or the inability to log on. I thought I'd really enjoy playing this game, but with over 50% of the time not being able to log on due to the server being busy or losing the loot I'd earned through a quest due to a crash I decided to return to my many oter games.
Thanks to a online friend who recently pointed me towards Live for Speed and another one who bought me Race 07 and GTR2 I ended up buying the following car based games Need for Speed Carbon and Pro Street, Crashdays, Colin McReas Dirt and Colin McRaes Rally 04, and have been having a great time on the many race tracks that these games have. I didn't think I'd get back into racing games after hardly ever playing the last few I bought several years ago. Todays simulators are amazing, with virtual reality alomost on the doorstep. the realism of most of the above games is amazing, from the look of the cars, to the realistic looking race tracks, amazing car mechanics and damage frrom crashing or even just over revving your engine.

and they are still giving them away but they have now put a block on the peeps that got the download from GOTD they can no longer get the free registration just thought i would add that since no one bothered to look at my thread i posted on this subject b4 this one appeared. If anyone needs guidance on there i am sure me or granite aka barely could show you around but he hasn't been there of lately. Sure wish you would give it another try WR as the game as quit crashing like it use too. Oh well i tried is all i can say:) Also that registration from filefront.com doesn't give any boosters either.

I've thought about it, but I've now got several online games to contemplate, the best of which I think is the Lord of the Rings. An old online friend has invited me to join his fellowship, so I'm thinking of going in that direction. Okay there's amonthly subscription to play LOTR, but I feel that SAGA will cost just as much in the long run as the only way to progress once you get past a certain level is to purchase more and more units. I like the LOTR environment as well.
I have too many games to play, and can't decide where to settle with respect to games such as SAGA. It's definitely appealling, especially when you know people that are also playing the game; but, the bother with SAGA has just put a bad taste in my mouth; though I'll not delete it yet.
We shall see :)
