coldplay is offering their new single for a limited time:
enjoy!
:D
Thanks, funky. I've just nabbed it!
That was weird. I clicked on your link, it took me to the page, where I only saw a couple of graphics.....then everything froze. Even ctrl+alt+delete couldn't get me out of it. I had to shut down my PC and re-boot it. So I don't think I will be checking out the new Coldplay song. I'll just go listen to my 70s songs.
Well, I got a bit further than you Dan, but still no joy. I successfully got an email, but when I clicked on the link a box came up wanting my user name and password for del.interoute.com whoever the heck they are, so I couldn't go any further. Maybe this offer doesn't include NZ. Thank you anyway Funkymom.
It worked fine for me. Received the email within seconds, clicked the link, downloaded the zip file.
i'm sorry some of you are having trouble.:(
i had the song downloaded in minutes, so i figured it would be the same for everyone.
That's okay Funky....I needed a new hard drive anyway........
Got it, no problem. Thanks Funkymom!

didn't know Coldplay before, now I have got their hit without problems and like it, but the music sounds somehow familiar ? but nice
Thnks Funky !
I also get the request for a user name and password. I've used the Email and postal (zip) code that I gave when requesting the single and the thing is still trying to connect. It may be that it's one of thoseoffers limited to the US. (just a suggestion) as licencing laws differ from country to counttry. I happen to like coldplay and have quite a few MP3's by them. If I don't get it Cest la Vie. If it's good enough I'll pay the 79p ($1.58) that it costs to buy an MP3 track in the UK.
Thanks for the heads up Funkymom. These are the things that keep me coming back to these forums. They are in my opinion the best of the best. :)
Have a fantastic weekend folks. Oh yeah, if anyone downloaded that antivrus program that is giving away one years worth of free upgrades, beware. Check out the appropriate thread for info:

Had the same problem...the direct link URL is missing some numbers and a *, cut and past the full URL from the e-mail into your browser and that should work
You must log in to post.
