I have the same problem. I installed but it came up with a blank box (blank except for the minimise and close boxes in the top right hand corner). Uninstalled and tried the website's 30 day free trial but the same problem now occurs.
I ensured the browser (Firefox) was closed, as suggested.
Any ideas?

I haven't installed it myself - and I am now 80% asleep (disclaimer) but I remember a similar symptom in the dim dark past that was caused because the Desktop display settings - the DPI Settings had been changed to 120DPI instead of the default 96DPI. (If you have changed it, you should know the option I am talking about)
It might not be the case here, but something you can check for starters. Maybe I'll dream up another suggestion over the next few hours.
