I had a problem uninstalling this software. Uninstall that came with software removed all but 2 files. I kept getting a message saying that the files were being used by another program. A bit of fiddling and investigation found that the software had lodged itself in the task bar. A simple right click on the icon and a close command and the two files were able to be manually deleted.
For those who reported problems uninstalling, I hope this may help.
Cheers!

That should actually be standard procedure prior to trying to uninstall any program - make sure the program isn't still running. Windows will prevent the deletion of program files that are in use.
The System tray should be the first place you check for an icon that can be shut down - then the task manager, to check for running processes that are related to the software you are trying to uninstall.
Some uninstall programs will remove the autostart entries then request you reboot your PC so the files can be removed following a reboot. It is always easier, to remove the need for this reboot, to end/stop the programs from running prior to starting the uninstall.
Hope that is explained clearly enough. :)
