I don't know if you changed something with the game anouncement on the GOTD main (and Dutch localised) site but since a few weeks (about 3) the game widget is not there anymore regardless if I check the US or the NL version with my browser. When viewing the site from phone it is there. Since till now widgets never got blocked by adblock (not here and not on any other wordpress powered site) I wonder if you changed it from a widget to something else? At least I believe it is adblock because when I disable adblock I can see it fine. All the other widgets are still there hence my suspicion that the game anouncement has changed from widget to advertisement code. please return to previous state?
