Took a few tries to figure out how to work it, but once you get the hang of it - kinda cute!
Strategy tip - Sometimes your best move is to choose the color your opponent needs next - thus blocking him out that turn.

There is a similar form of that game by tamestorm.com. It's also free. It's a free bundle of about 6 puzzle games that this is the last one. Rather than various shapes, it's got different sizes. The problem - the larger ones have "cells" too small to see!
