so I've been watching the comments for today's screen saver to see if some one would inadvertently give me advice. this happens often but no luck today. I do have the moon screen saver which runs well this one however, does not and some one else had the same issue of the egg shaped earth. I've sat and tried quite a few of the settings and can't seem to figure out how to fix it. It runs smoothly otherwise. I'm pretty sure my computer can run it: Amd 64 processor 3500+ 2gig of ram. Pc express vid cards/Geforce 7600. Oh might want to mention I'm using a hdtv 42 inch for my monitor. Is there any advice on what settings to try with out going through each and every one to return the earth to a sphere?

MemberYou need to change the resolution of the display. Unfortunately, I don't think you can change the height and width enough on the computer end of it to make it round again. As it sounds like you are using a wide screen TV. In that case, changing the TV menu and toggling it to 4:3 format or whatever it is called should do the trick.
