   This issue happens once in a while

   error message after clicking setup this has happened before so I believe its the giveaway wrapper.
   the setup files are corrupt please obtain a new copy of the program
   windows 8.1 64 bit
   verified files by first installing on on my other machine win 7 64k
   I have turned of windows firewall, Kaspersky anti virus, win defender not active. logged into laptop(HP) as admin, all to no avail

   I never get to the install screen so Im thinking its the wrapper.

   I get the activating screen,
   then the error message pop up
   the setup files are corrupt please obtain a new copy of the program.

   after I click ok to error message
   I see the message box saying successfully activated
   lol
   Register your copy using following data:

   Registration name:

   AnyMP4 Giveaway

   Registration key:

   4xxx..... - deleted ...

   any help will be appreciated

   AnyMP4 Video Converter Platinum
   only rarely do I have issue installing your programs
   but this not the first time I have seen this message

   The workaround for Kaspersky is to boot in safe-mode with networking, install the program, and then boot normally. Turning Kaspersky off is not sufficient.

   It's an ongoing issue with Kaspersky and a very small number of computers but it is not really a GOTD problem. Kaspersky sees the wrapper as a threat and is quarantining files which then makes the download incomplete.

   IMO, it's really an issue with some Windows Security updates plus Kaspersky running on certain hardware. If you install (or try to install) a lot of GOTD offers then you might want to switch to another security program if feasible.

   interesting reply thanks
   seems to me I don't always have this issue.

   Too late for another AV I already have another 1year 3 pc subscription got for Christmas

   will try the safe mode work around next time there is something I want for this machine
   as the one I wanted was yesterday.
   Its two bad "Giveaway of the day" cannot submit there wrapper to Kaspersky for approval or something
   Till the next time it fails
   Then I will test out
