   Wow Anita, you're miles ahead of me. I've avoided moving on as I've been enjoying just managing the farm, buying new equipment and harvesting the results.

   That's one of the great things about this game, so far I've not felt the need to move onto the next farm. I'm enjoying it so much. The fact that you are not forced to move until you want to really makes this a game with a lot of re-playability.

   It's definitely going into my favorite games folder. :)

   Hiya Oleg,

   What Maui meant by "trading bunches of flowers should be more lucrative" is that they should be worth more money; that is there should be a greater difference between the amount of money you get by selling the flowers individually and selling them in bunches than what you’ve set them at.

   Thanks for the info on the updated attributes to the game, it’s appreciated. As I said previously, you must have spent all weekend working on the script to bring us so many tweaks and fixes. :)

   Do please keep us informed as to your progress with this game. Also I do hope you are considering a second version which you could call Return to the Magic Farm or Magic Farm re-visited.

   By the way, are you working on any other games at the moment and if so what are they? I'd be very happy to help out with alpha and beta testing as I have a lot of spare time on my hands; which I've been involved in elsewhere for quite some time now. If you do need testers just request my Email from the administrators here at the GAotD project. Thank you.

   I think the response to this game from the community has been really commendable, with loads of praise which in my opinion is well deserved as well as loads of suggestions for a second version. ;) It’s got to be considered as one of the better giveaways here on the project. I for certain have found the game play entertaining and riveting enough to want to play more and more. The only thing that’s stopped me playing it all day has been my promises to the children and the fact that last night I found a game that I’ve been trying to trace for nigh on three years now thanks to a comment in the games section of the giveaway project.

   Whiterabbit-uk: oke i confes i playd the hole night tru. My husband works in the night shift and i play that night the game im addictet to this game i cant stop playing.
   I have tons of money now, but my house is a mess hihitoday im going to do something about it. And wait for the new farm update so that i can play the farm 3

   Exactly. The difference is not big enough, even when the "trading skills" are at max. position.

   Just discovered something nice:
   you can use the cactus on Cannibal's island to collect water!!
   They collect rain and once they are filled up (turn blue), you can add this water to your barrel. Great idea! I hardly used the well, and won't buy it the next time!

   Would you like to get some more suggestions?
   - Introduce "special deliveries". Once or twice in each town or island, a new character, let's say: a duke or a priest could ask you to create a large bouquet of six or ten flowers in a certain amount of time (possible to increase difficulty!). If you're successful, you'll be rewarded with double money, but if you fail, the guys will be after you!
   - Obviously, you lose all the money you had when the ship sinks moving from port town to the Cannibal's island. But where do the 50 coins come from? The chief gives the farm away for six pineapples, but why not loan her the money? "Loan" means she has to repay it with interests. The longer it takes to repay the loan, the higher the interests.

   I've just started the pirate's island level - the pest there is really driving me crazy! My poor little mouse is suffering these days....

   I didn't remove magic farm to the bin but follow the link from oleg en installed it on my pc.
   The game works fine, but my mouse is slower now.
   but the pirate bugs me again. he asked for 5000. i will give it to him and he won't accept it. So... i can't go to the next level.
   What dit i do wrong??? i checked the first folder of magic farm and i am not sure what i must do. I can not see any folder with the uninstall. i have one map wich the 3 last letters are .zip. is that the folder i can not delete?
   I hope you will help me, i am not so good with computers, especially with deleting folders.
   I am afraid i delete something that i shouldn't do.
   I just read that the pirate now will have 10000 money. I will try that and hope i will can go the the next level.
   I let you now as soon as i have.

    Oleg, that's fantastic. I'm really impressed with all you've done for this community. your quick responces and help. I'll post a message in the comments section so that everyone can get the latest update. Thank you very much you are a star.

    What do you think of all the suggestions that we've come up with. you game is definitely one of those that i think should reside in everyones games library. I do reckon a new game perhaps called Return to Magic Farm or something on those lines, incorporating some or all of the ideas posted would really add to this fantastic game.

    Take care and do consider my request regarding beta and alpha testing. I have a lot of time on my hands and really enjoy testing games and would be really happy to help out voluntarily of course.

    Oleg, thanks for the update!

    If you keep posting that snail video, we WILL have to make a game out of it.

    I also will jump on your Beta team bandwagon, as I am up late into the night, when all is quiet. That's when I do most of my Beta Testing.

    Most of the games I have been testing of late do not hold a candle to this, not quite polished yet, game of yours!

    This game is refreshing! I find myself waiting for every new update.

    The fact that you care enough to work with us shows a great deal of commitment to make this game a hit.
    The big companies and developers throw a game at you and give you 60 minutes to tell them everything that is wrong! They are not intersted in anything but knowing if you would buy the game!

    I have seen Betas that I have tested being released with bugs, misspelling and a horde of other things. I found one I tested and liked, that had no bugs in it. It was released 3 months later, with an extra feature, the bugs were added, lol!!!!!!

    Oleg, as a dial-up downloader, are there likely to be several more patches to this excellent game coming? I mean, should I wait a few days to download the "final" version, or spend the hour dl'ing the generous patched versions as they are offered?
    I suppose it's a personal decision, but still would like to know what tomorrow might bring so I can make an informed decision.
    Thanks for standing up for your game. I think many a programmer might've disappeared by now.

    Hey, this is great! I really appreciate the changes. I'm on the cannibal island now, growing pineapples and cactii :) I just wonder what happened to the 5200 gold I had saved up when I got to the island. It disappeared and I had 50 left to start with. At this rate, and at the prices of the fruit here, it's going to take me a VERY long time to save up 5000 to get off the island! I suppose it got lost in the shipwreck?

    haven't read all of the posts so don't know if anyone else came across this.
    After selling all of my plants at farm #2, I went back to the captain who asks if I've got the coins (I've got over 5000), but the only reply is "No, not yet". Hopefully the new version will correct that!

    reinstalled, and the captain wanted 5000, so had to go slave away for some more coins. Didn't delete the original files (wasn't sure if it was meant to be just a file, or the entire folder), so just ran setup again and it seems to be working fine. Got through the pineapples/cacti stage really quickly, am working through the tigerbloom/fern/lightflower stage now (those monsters are heavy duty!) The only trouble is every time I hand over money I sell my plants and then I have to wait for another person to appear to talk to (notice that they've all been male? so far anyway)

    text bugs
    level up window bug
    highscore table money bug

    …but also I can add some “afterwin” quests.
    If you have idea for quest you can send me email at OlegKuznecov@gmail.com with subject “quest idea”
    But please write who give quest,what he wants and what he talks =)
    They can want:
    money, plants or flowers. In any combinations.
    Also they can ask you to speak with another character or to bring a letter or any other “virtual” thing.
    Also they can ask for fighting specific pests for their drops.

I was going to suggest till i seen your side show to have her battle her way back home to get her mom and dad safe and sound. Anyhow been playing this all night need sleep have a great day everyone:)

    And I thought I was finished with this game.... Rescued the parents, hugged and kissed them and expected to live happily ever after, and now.... New version is out, and another one is waiting at the horizon! GREAT! Thanks Oleg.

    Ideas for additional quests? I'm working on it!!!!
    By the way.... on the global map, there's still room for a regular fifth level on the upper right hand corner! ;-)

    I restarted from the beginning because on town 4 The level up screen came up ( I had maxed all the bars on the left ) and it would not go away. Clicked the level up button, used task manager to exit, went back in to continue, same screen was still stuck there.

    Also noticed on beginning New game, all the dialog was missing from the Level up screen.

    Now whabbit and I know what the blank space in the opening screen was for, lol.

    Will be back at it with the new update.

    I am runnig this game on 2 machines (Desktop and Laptop) which is what I do when I Beta test.

    judalea: In town 4, the level your talking about, the snowmen and ghost's are quite tough. I concentrated on one plant(as they kept getting them) to try and boost my uprade against them...ie, try and max out your bug killing ability. Shows up in upper left hand corner were they show your plants upgrade.
    Like I said in my above post I gliched on that town.

    Will be back at it, to see if I can move past it now!

    Wow another update. I've got so many games to play at the moment. But this is one at the top of the list with Wings of War and Destiny Architect (yeah I'm still playing that - thanks to my kids who have only just got into it) And I've been adding new images (taken from the growing list of downloadable wallpapers)to yesterdays Infinite Jigsaw. What a versatile game that is. (thanks for the new post dedicated to Jigsaw's Greylox :) )
