   I don't know what is going on but, I cant seem to get anything from you in reference to my key (registration). (Multiple times). So I just registered to get into this forum. Got password within 1 min. So what gives? I want my reg key!!!!

   Your key doesn't come from GOTD, it comes from Ashampoo.

   You might need to use another email address, check your spam folder, or utilize one of these answers in comments:

   @Marty simply go to the ashampoo website, log in to myashampoo and all your keycodes will be there, including the ones you just registered so if no email is coming you can always find them there. this is also the place to opt out of the emails, you will find that options in the settings page, on the account page you might want to check if the “send key by email” option is still checked, if for some reason this has become unchecked this might be the reason you never get the key by email. You might have the GOTD limitation regarding support, as ashampoo account member you always have account support so if there is trouble with your account you can actually contact support

   I downloaded the software.went to install and it required a licence key. Applied for a key and it would not take my email address.So I deleted my download. BS it’s free to try why do you need a key.

   @ Ivan: You may need to use Internet Explorer (I.E.) as the webform rejects some browsers such as Google Chrome variants. The key allows you to have a FREE FULL functioning software, not just a trial. Excellent software by an excellent company as many posts show here today.

   I had a similar problem myself before - during DVDFabmediaplayer243 18 Sep 2014 giveawayoftheday[GOTD].
   Its registration KEY [for 1 year] was MISSING OR NOT INCLUDED/ not found
   in the email when it was said to be in there. and I never got the key to register
   gotd with. I don't know whether I still need the key; will it work if I
   received it now to register the program, by which I mean help, anybody?
   I keep record of past n present GOTDs.

   To get any key from Ashampoo you have to create an Ashampoo account first. Once that's done, when you apply for a key via the giveawayofthedays version of the program, during installation a link appears asking if you want a key (or words to that effect). Click on that link which takes you to Ashampoo's web site. If you have an account you just fill in your email in the field provided, then the password you created, once inputted you'll get your key. If you aren't logged in you will not get a key. So you must create an account, then follow the link from the partly installed program to return to the correct page.
