Hi Upion, literally tens of thousands of community members download applications every day, with no other member reporting this issue, is more likely an error on your side of the equation. it may be your connection to your provider, or there may have been a conflict with something you are running in the background, possibly a recent windows update may be causing the problem. Have you checked the event logs via the event viewer to see if any error messages are reported at the time of the issue? also, check out the FAQ's sections of this forum. There are some fixes in the Game Discussion sticky section that may help, or check the main FAQ's thread here in the main forum.

If you still don't get a fix, hopefully one of our regular members such as Mikiem, Mike or Chris as well as others may be able to help. I'm not that technically minded. I can sort out most problems, but,if it involves deeper fault finding, I tend to get lost (partly because I don't have the energy to research it thoroughly)
