   Software loads as a trial version with a watermark on edited photos. The activation code does not work>

   You might see if the problem and fix from comment 33 applies:
   

   I had trouble activating the software.

   For some reason the reg file did not put the key in the right registry folder.
   It put it in the
   [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PT Photo Editor]
   folder not where it should have been in the:
   [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PT Photo Editor]
   folder.

   I exported the key …. edited it to remove Wow6432Node and reapplied.
   Works now.
   I like it.

   My system is Windows 8.1 64 bit.
