Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me with this. I downloaded, activated and installed Daymate yesterday with no problems. Then yesterday afternoon I was unable to restart my computer. Later I tried to just turn it off and couldn't do that either. I had to press the button to turn it off finally. Again today it was the same way. This trouble started right after installing DayMate, so I suspect it's causing the problem, but don't know how to fix it. Normally I'd simply uninstall it reboot and the try re-installing it again, but can't do that with this as I wouldn't be able to activate again for free. (at least that's my understanding of how the giveaways work) Does anyone have any advice for me? Oh, I use Windows XP and have IE6 (don't like 7 lol) I keep my computer cleaned from spyware etc and do maintenance on it regularly.

This particular giveaway - (thinking back) you should be ok to re-run the setup. If you do an uninstall - you will probably lose the activation.
So - Reinstall should be OK - Uninstall will take you back to "Trial-world"
This applies only to Daymate - all giveaways work differently though.
Disclaimer: If there is already a problem with your activation of the program or it has been damaged/corrupted - reinstalling won't fix the problem. If it's not working at the moment- you don't really have anything to lose by trying.

no, there was no problem with activation. Ok, I'll give that a try then. Like you said, it can't hurt

I found two bugs on the day DayMate was offered and posted them. Crystal Office Systems did not react that day, so I send them an email the day after. This is their reaction:
"Hello,
We know about this bug. Unfortunately, we cannot fix it in a few hours, but we fix it in the next update of DayMate.
Sincerely yours,
Denis Zolotov

E-mail: support@crystaloffice.com
Web: http://www.crystaloffice.com"Let's hope they will make the update available to the GAOD-ers as well.
