   Hi hi there,
   I tryed to unzip Jack Russels Puppies, but I get an error (0x80004005). What does that mean? Hope you can help me.

   Ideally, you should post the entire text of any error message AND what operating system you are using so someone has a better chance of pinpointing the problem.

   Is it possible you're trying to install the appl from a subaccount that doesn't have full administrative permissions to access the Registry, per this page? - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/295297

   I would advise you NOT to enter and tinker with your Registry yourself, and strongly advise you to steer clear of any seemingly helpful ads on Google that "guarantee" to fix the 0x80004005 problem.
