i cant extract the contents inside. and i am using mac OS. anyone can help?

Hello,
Your best bet, timfong, would be to contact the vendor of the software the file is in, and see if they can help you with it. If that is not a option try searching the Net for the file, as they say "Google it" and see if anything comes up for it that fits your situation. It might be as simple as copying the file and renaming it with a new file extension. Sorry I could not help you more.

It's called configuration file not a zip file or rar file.
