Apex video converter. No permission to download from that server.... It should not be in freeware if it's not free. ;-)
This is the actual message I get:

You don't have permission to access /downloads/apex-wmv-converter.exe on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

As the downloads aren't stored on the Giveawayoftheday.com servers - I believe they are at the mercy of the developers servers (in this case tompegx.com) - If they change their permissions, delete or rename the file - then our link to it breaks.

Also if they decide to start charging about $30 for their free edition software, we need users like yourself to tell us - so they can be removed from the freeware library.
