Hello, RM. Thanks for taking the time, my friend!! I certainly could be missing something, and I'll be the first to admit that.. So, I just now went back, and read the entire Help File (very unusual for me to do). But I still cannot see where I am going wrong. Here is the scenario: I set the program to print 4-up.. 2 X 2 . I select 4 text files. I click on Print. The program is off and running, but it only will print each individual file on a piece of paper. Then it kicks out the paper, and starts on the second txt file, printing it on it's own piece of paper. Kicks that out, and prints the third piece of paper. And finally, the same with the final 4th txt file, on it's own piece of paper.
Now, what I'm wanting is for those 4 txt files to be printed on just one piece of paper, in a 4-up configuration.
And I was actually wrong in my post above, where I said I would have to put the paper in 4 separate times to get them on one sheet. I actually spent the time to try that, but it doesn't work, because each time the program goes to print the next file in the queue, it just starts printing in the upper left quadrant of the page, always. So, that wouldn't even work if I wanted it to.
The program does print the txt files small enough that 4 of them would fit on one page, if I could just figure out how to make it print all of them in that one pass..
Unless I'm missing something, I think what this program does is to print 4-up, or 2-up, or whatever, just using one file at a time. If that file is a huge size, that's when the result will be a 4-up printed piece of paper.
Now, that's a good thing in and of itself, if one has to print a huge size txt file. But more what I'm looking for is a program that will print 4 small txt files, all onto one page using a 4-up config.
Hope I am more clear now on what I need...
Thanks again!!
