With iPod File Manager, we can easily transport music, video, movies and TV shows between your iPod and your computer and backup these files without itunes .

Firstly I wouldn't trust the site you linked to as a "professional software review site" - it looks more like one of the many vendors who is an affiliate with everyone and tries to sell anything and everything by hiding behind some attempt of trying to appear impartial - and sell you "the best product".
