   I can not activate 'Mp3 recorder studio'. There is no activation code appears on my screen. (I did all it was needed to activate that software)

   You run the activation.exe file which posts the code in your registry.

   I installed and activated it fine, infact it's a very good app.

   It seem obvious that many have not had any problem activating the program. It is just as obvious that many have had problems. You should assume that not every one having a problem is stupid. I have read several of your comments on this issue. Something about your computer and/or the program works correctly and the program activates and runs easily.

   I did all of the things that you have mentioned in your comments many times before looking in this forum. There is a problem.

   Does GOTD's policy call for helping its users or is it policy to ignore petitions for help? If policy is the latter, "just forget about it and move on", then these forums have no purpose. I do not think that "forget about it" was the intention when the forums were established. Was it?

   GOTD as stated on the download page offers no support on the downloads whatsoever.

   These forums are end-user supported and run. Occasionally a support rep from the company offering the giveaway program appears and helps (which is hugely appreciated), otherwise for the most part - all of the people posting in these forums are seeing the giveaway programs for the first time on the same day as yourself.

   The other moderators and myself are not GOTD application experts, but offer our time and past experience to (usually) patiently help other users (Although even that isn't officially in the "job description" of a "forum moderator"). After a giveaway is over, we are also unable to "activate" Giveaways (even moderators super powers don't extend that far), and so questions on how to activate an expired giveaway will be ignored.

   Finally, do not take it as a personal affront that a request for help doesn't receive an immediate answer. Two very likely possibilities - The people who know the answer aren't awake or looking at this site - or secondly, nobody else knows the answer to your question.

   It is highly unlikely, but certainly possible though - everybody knows the answer, and they are all ignoring you ;)

   For me the program was installed ok, but when I tried to launch it nothing happened. The appliocation doesn't launch. The people from the company that offered the software said that the problem was because I use Zone Alarm Internet Suite Firewall. I monitored the launch of Mp3 Recorder Studio with Filemon, from sysinternal, and the error that occured was a overflow error. So, I think that Zone Alarm isn't the the problem.

   Then, I'd like to know if someone who has Zone Alarm as a firewall was succceed to launch and use Mp3 Recorder Studio.
