Pacmania3 Install Problems

I've re-downloaded pacmania3 several times from both the main link and the mirror and Cannot install this one particular game. Never had a problem before. I get an error saying the installation file is corrupt or incomplete from the normal link and I get a .zip error saying it isn't a true .zip file from the mirror link. Anyone know what I can do different to get this game?

Did you try clearing the temporary internet files? After doing so try redownloading.

yeah, I cleaned out the temporary internet files. I saw that someone had said that and tried it. I used Internet Explorer's delete function....and that didn't work, so then I used CCleaner's temporary internet file cleaner and that didn't work either:(
