   i downloaded them but i dont know how to install them.

   Open Firefox click on tools then addons.

   You will see extensions and themes, click on themes, then drag n drop your new theme to the space.

   The theme is usually in a compressed format, a .zip, .rar etc, no problem still drop the compressed file to the space.

   Will ask you to close firefox, do that restart it then select the theme you wish to use.
