I've had problems in the past but managed to get it sorted. Basically I'd incorrectly spelled my email in the section that asks for your email (had added an extra letter - simply a typo error).
So long as you've got proof that you purchased the bundle, for example your PayPal receipt etc, they will send you the details of your purchase to the email you send them.

Taking a screen capture
Take a screen capture of the email receipt using the snipping tool provided by Vista/Win 7/Win 8, which you can access by typing 'Snipping Tool' in the Windows search field (select New then, from the drop down menu select Rectangular Snip.
Or alternatively, clicking the Print-Screen key should copy an image of the entire screen to the clipboard, or holding the Alt key and pressing the Print-Screen key will capture your currently selected window to the clip board, then you just have to copy the image to your desktop by right clicking on the desktop and select paste from the drop down menu (I think you do it that way, not used the basic functions for a long time).
I'm assuming you don't use Win XP any longer, if you do, you may need to use another screen capture device. You can get free ones from HERE; or, there's a whole host of [i]Screen Capture software you can get for free from HERE.
