Not sure exactly when the deal started. I think only the multiplayer portion of the game is being given away. Though I may be wrong. All our Steam accounts already own Red Orchestra 2, so I can't confirm whether the full game is free or just the multiplayer.
If only the multiplayer is free you can upgrade to the full version for £7.
