I know 'all computers are not created equal" and that it might be just my computer but when I tried to go to the GOTD it started that page then switched my browser off totally..well off means off I guess.. Anyone else please?

Err, What browser are you using, bigharry? That would be a little bit relevant, I think.

No I go everywhere with Firefox except it cuts out at the GOTD page..However I just tried Internet Explorer and that got me there!!..SOMETHING MUST BE AMISS WITH MY FIREFOX..hmmm

Have you added or upgraded any addons or extensions lately? Can you get to the site running FF in safe mode? eg. firefox.exe -safe-mode (I always run FF and never had the problems you have described, I suspect something has happenned to your FF config/profile).

Yes Bubby something is going on..Firefox tends to give me an " I have to close" message after trying to get into Yahoo games etc but Internet explorer is also having problems...so must be a memory thing or virus which I will check out...it just did IT again

I found a foreign programme called "Adssite Browser Optimiser" and assumed it was installed when I d/l "Adssite Games Collection" off a P2P site. HUH! some optimiser..all seems Ok now (I think)after I deleted both programmes...I guess we should be more careful when in these p2p sites.
