This is about the 5th or 6th time in the last several weeks in which activate.exe has failed to activate the giveawayoftheday, and I download and install about 80% of the programs offered. I would think it is something I'm doing wrong if the odds were highers against me. And, today's program is another one I sure would like to have, being on limited finances.
Any suggestions?

Maybe the server was being hammered at the time you tried.
A lot of people are addicted to free games and software this site offers, so where ever they are in the world they need to be here and downloading the offers @ 8:00 a.m. g.m.t and having a fully working app, game or both by 8:05 a.m. g.m.t.
I installed the software and activated it with no problems at around 11:15 a.m.
I suggest keep tring if you have not got it sorted. There Active Giveaway time left: 9 hours 52 minutes still left.

Hi Lee,
Yes, I had hoped that this was the case, so I tried several times during the afternoon, just tried again (8:50 P.M.), with no luck. I'll try again in about an hour, however, I have to take a friend of mine to the doctor early in the morning so I won't be able to stay up late to try past 10 P.M.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll let you know if I get through tomorrow when I get back from the doctor's appt.
