   Does anyone know where I can find charset values for all languages?

   You can also try what I put below.

   Right click desktop > new > shortcut, then copy '%SystemRoot%\system32\charmap.exe' without quotes, next then finish.

   Or hit start > run, paste in '%SystemRoot%\system32\charmap.exe' without quotes then ok.

   Some characters are displayed there, infact thousands of them.
