I'm really surprised by this 'L-A.' I thought GAOTD was against this type of thing?

---I guess its not considered 'Adware/Spyware' by the SW Co. if they're telling u about it first and u agree to it by accepting and playing their game.
....And I guess that's why GAOTD is OK w/ it too. [?]
..-Still, I think if GAOTD is gonna offer SW w/ that type of thing they should let people know about it up-front,--BEFORE they DL, that way they have an option/choice!
P.S. The Warranty also states "THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE VIRUS-FREE."
