Twice my computer crashed because of software from this site. Yesterday I downloaded the chess game. It really screwed up my machine. Even after I removed(add/remove) it it was still messing up my computer. I found it on my task manager sucking up all the juice. Once I deleted it from there everything was ok.
The first time it happened I lost everything and had to reinstall the computer software.

MemberI'd check and make sure that I had all updates for my pc and enough available ram and speed before installing a new game. I'm not a gamer but do have a few flight sims that suck up alot of system resources.
Always check the requirments of the game/software and compare it to what you have (or even available) on your machine. One idea is to close all running programs not necessary to your pc helps with games demanding alot of "special attention". I don't know if that is/was the problem but may curtail some in the future.
