This is a major release -- the page at video help has a partial changelog & it's pretty long.
Click "Download from developer's site", then look for 32 &/or 64 bit builds, static, latest. While many video converters & such use ffmpeg, often they include it's code in their code -- because of that & possible compatibility issues between versions this may or may not do you any good with those apps... you may be able to substitute newer files for older ones having the same name in the program's folder, & it may work, & may provide some benefit, but I'd consider it purely trial & error. You can use the included .exe files as is, &/or several apps that are front ends [GUIs] for other apps can & will use the updated versions.
