   Hello GOTD and other members.
   It would really be great if a SUPERB video editing suite be offered again. If I am correct, it has been a L O N G T I M E since one of these programs appeared on GOTD.

   Last year, there were quite a few video/audio conversion programs offered and I am waitiing with baited breath for them to start appearing again. There was one with download capabilities of some videos off YOUTUBE, VIMEO and a number of other similar sites. That one was a particularly good one.

   Thanks GOTD and the team. I particularly enjoy visiting the site and selectively downloading the software on offer.

   All suggestions by anyone to this page are appreciated, HOWEVER, I have NOT read good reports on this System Mechanic software, irrespective of the version, in fact, the BEST news about this software is to stay away from it, it will UNDOUBTEDLY WRECK your system.
   You can check the feedback from users here http://sharewareonsale.com/s/iolo-system-mechanic-giveaway-coupon-sale where it was listed as a FREE GIVEAWAY on the Shareware for Sale website. My conclusion it has to be a hunk of junk.

    being a frequent user of GOTD I would recommend Stardock Fences as one of the giveaways. Used it and think that will help other developers organize their desktop!

    I have an idea, in my opinion, the software's are honestly crap, but, Vegas movie studio is cheap, and a nice software to giveaway. Like Only Vegas movie studio 13, 32bit.

    How about creative software in the field of music.
    VSTI plugins for music creatives.These are virtual instruments that plug into grander audio progs Like Fruity Loops and others.There are many free ones so I'm talking about something one has to pay for normally....so it can live up to the title 'GIVE AWAY OF THE DAY'

    A good Contact Database, like ACT, is needed. Names, addresses, phone numbers.. etc..
    And link them to other contacts to make Groups... MDs, Corporation organization, etc.

    It needs dropdown boxes... to select from.. and the ability to add your own labels, groups, etc..
    With a Calendar would really be handy.. and the ability to schedule the event.. repeatedly.. like Weekly, Monthly, etc..

    A section for Notes.. unlimited Notes... would be great.

    Would love to see a decent gamegiveaway that included any one of the following breakout/arkanoid clones. I already have all of them apart from Ionball 3, which I intend buying via steam when its next on sale (hopefully the Xmas sale):

    Shatter
    Caromble (3D)
    Acky's XP Breakout (includes level editor)
    Incrediball The Seven Sapphires (3D)

    Apart from Ionball 3, which I've not played yet, all the others are among my favorite breakouts over the last 10-15 years. Each one is challenging in its own right and each brings something new to the game.

    I have found some of the Icecream Apps programs useful in the past, but have lost my copies due to a change of computer. Please could we have some of those given away, eg PDFsplit/merge and PDFeditor. I know we have had similar programs but these do seem quite good for their size.
