I found a new website when I was looking for a manual or at least a quick guide of Torchlight 2. If one has even the slightest interest in indie games, I highly recommend Indie Impressions. I have spent a few hours checking the site out even though I am chomping at the bit to get back to torchlight 2. His daily presentation is Lavalanche which can be downloaded for free(the game,12 meg). Torchlight 2 was done yesterday.
I also enjoyed the video on the About section.
I think there are 92 free game presentations . Here is a list of the first 10:

Lavalanche
by Nick on September 21, 2012 in Indie Impressions
Today I have a nice and simple indie puzzle game for you that turns out to be quite addictive… Lavalanche by Bombsquad. Special thanks for Slushy (www.youtube.com/slushypreviews) for tipping me off on this one. So the premise is simply just guide the lava to burn down all the villages (because you are a spiteful fire [...]

Cuboid Sandbox
by Nick on September 16, 2012 in Indie Impressions
Probably the last of my Ludum Dare 24 episodes for a little bit, Cuboid Sandbox is a very colorful and screenshot worthy little “life sim”. You control the spawns of the three colors of cubes and also how much food you want to give them, and let them either fight to the death over territory [...]

Soul Jar
by Nick on September 14, 2012 in Indie Impressions
Today we’re going to have a look at Paul Greasley’s “Soul Jar”, an interesting Ludum Dare 24 entry that plays out as an endearing experiment in AI. Your goal seems to be to escort a lost and damaged robot back to his crashed ship, and while you go on this journey, it will learn about [...]

Praepoch
by Nick on September 12, 2012 in Indie Impressions
Another Ludum Dare 24 entry, Praepoch by Connor Ullmann (developer of Seedling) tasks the player with discovering the origins of the strange blue creatures which have popped up all over the landscape in varying forms. A very short journey, but one with purpose. Unfortunately it ends a bit abruptly, but the path there was very [...]

Cubic Evolution
by Nick on September 11, 2012 in Indie Impressions
Cubic Evolution by Drakfyre is another entry for Ludum Dare 24, and a rather polished and mysterious one at that. Well, unfortunately the mystery is slightly short-lived, but while it’s present, it’s very engaging. Our goal is just to click the glowing cubes until “something” happens. It’s more of an experimental type of diversion than [...]

Love
by Nick on September 10, 2012 in Indie Impressions
A new first for Indie Impressions. Today we look at an MMO! “Love” by Eskil Steenberg is an amazing blend of creamy, stunning art goodness and interesting procedural abstract exploration and community building. Explore some ancient ruins, meet some friends, find some tokens and do it all with style. Right now the game is free [...]

Complexitivity
by Nick on September 9, 2012 in Indie Impressions
Today we’re looking at another Ludum Dare 24 entry: Complexitivity by Accidental Rebel. A simple but fairly addictive game where your objective is to stay alive for as long as possible by grabbing repair nodes that keep the floor from disintegrating beneath you. There’s not a ton to it aside from the addictive nature of [...]

Evolution of a Monster
by Nick on September 8, 2012 in Indie Impressions
Evolution of a Monster by Eld is a very short, but imaginative little first-person puzzle game designed in 48 hours for Ludum Dare 24. The goal is to manipulate your environment to eventually leave your dungeon. I absolutely loved the monochrome gray art style and thought it’d be worth sharing with you guys, regardless of [...]

by Nick on September 6, 2012 in Indie Impressions
Tiny World of Wonders was developed in 48 hours for Ludum Dare 23 by Fabrito (@fabritobricio) and features an introspective journey through some of the great wonders of the world… as if they were all piled together in one place. I’ve come to find out since recording that some of the assets used here were [...]

EXO
by Nick on September 5, 2012 in Indie Impressions
Today on a special episode of Indie Impressions, we’re going to take a psychedelic, epilepsy-triggering and otherwise otherworldly first-person trip across the universe with a creation by multimedia artist Tabor Robak. EXO is very much more an experience than a game, but it is a very beautiful and engaging experience either way. Martian landscapes and [...]

It is also broken down by some steam and desura games. Very impressive layout. A lot more to describe but enough to whet one's appetite.
