I am interested in your Partner Program, whereby I place your ticker on my utilities blog (which I often mention in my occasional comments on your daily offerings), in exchange for your link to my blog in your Partners section (as described at (http://giveawayoftheday.com/spread-the-word/partner-program/). However, I have looked all over your site and cannot find the Partners section. Where is it, and how will casual visitors find my link?

This Partners Section with your information in it will be shown to every visitor coming to our web-site by clicking our Ticker placed on your web-site. Those visitors will see your information every time they visit Giveawayoftheday.com!
I guess it is only displayed when you come to the site by clicking on the GOTD link on your site.

Oh, now I get it. I apologize for failing to understand that text. But that means the partner program is useless to me. I thought it could be a way to drive new visitors to my blog, but clearly this is not the case, because it only shows my blog info to people who already know about my blog. Thanks very much anyway for explaining it.

Perhaps you should let them know via the Contact Form. They can't fix it if they don't know it's broken. :)
