I'd like to suggest that replies be able to be made directly under/to a specific comment/post.
(...so that they get listed under the actual comment.)
Sometimes it can get pretty confusing when you want to reply to someone's comment or find the original comment that someone refers to, and you have to find the number of their comment and/or name, sometimes these are inaccurate.
