   A good offer if you are about to buy a new PC hotdog3.It says you can install over other legal copies of windows and they will upgrade to pro,but you must buy a new windows 7 PC.I will be looking for the cheapest I can find so I can put win 8 pro over my vista machine. Thanks.

   microsoft come to PC Club he said don't need old windows you do full format & put in you disk go to new we make so good for we just like you to get windows 8 you can keep you old windows no need to give old # or kill old # best windows deal for a long time may be not Vista all-so had a good deal hope it good.
