   As soon as i opened setup for the Orent Burning Kit my virus program went nuts about a trojan entering my computer.

   Any explenations?

   EDIT: Also noticed that it doesnt activate when you open it, it crashes. Were you guys hacked and the files we're replaced or something?

   2. What was the trojan it claimed was present?

   You have to enter a key to activate it with a registration name.

   I have checked the file with bitdefender, panda and na2007.

   As for being hacked, the file is kosher and is originally from the authors site, so you'd better ask the author about it.

   1. I am running avast! Antivirus
   2. Win32:Trojan-gen. {Other} (we25481.tmp is the file that's infected)

   @ Lee, i can't really enter the key to activate it when the "Activating..." screen only shows up then stops working. I have 4 of them open now and they won't close. I've also scanned the individual "setup.exe" but it doesn't tell me anything.

   The temp file is the executable.

   Avast is a dog and should be put down, nothing wrong with the installer.

   Unzipped and scanned with McAffee OAS and Trojan Remover. The files are clean. I saw your post Lee and since I used 2 others, I'd confirm your scan to make it a total of 5.
