   Oh my...... A close friend recommended I try Display Fusion to cope with my multiple monitors. I finally got around to downloading the free version last week and have been really impressed, though the best bits are not available in the free version, so have been humming and arring all week as to whether to purchase a Pro licence (for one computer). Amazingly thanks to you Graylox (I wouldn't have visited BitsDeJour today if I hadn't seen the freebie), my mind has been made up. 70% off is a fantastic deal.

   Anyway, I decided to go for the next licence up which allows me to use it on up to three computers, though for now i only need it for the one computer as the rest only have one monitor each (Though I can see that changing in the not too distant future when my son realizes how a two or three monitor set up is far better). Instead of paying over £20 for the home Pro licence it only cost me £7 which is fantastic considering the things you can do to make life easier with the software. :)

   I downloaded the program and it also installed a program called Patchbeam. Should I uninstall PatchBeam or is it a legit program that goes with PowerArchiver 2011? When I installed it I did not see anything about Patchbeam mentioned.

   Patchbeam comes with Powerarchiver, so it is legit. It's their updater program.

   Patchbeam 2 second update system

   PowerArchiver includes Patchbeam update system that allows for background super-fast updates, taking only 2-3 seconds on average. Where before you had to download up to 19 MB for new update, and go through standard installation process with up to 9 clicks of the mouse, now you can enable background updates and Patchbeam will downoad update patch as small as 100kb and update your PowerArchiver in several seconds!
