would it be possible for someone to give giveawayoftheday permission 2 giveaway software that they didnt make or publish?

Does Hotmail say "our free email service is legal"?if you want to avoid illegal software, avoid sites containing the following: p2p, torrent, crack, warez.
but really, if GAotD was doing this illegally, why would they let the download expire after 24 hours? food for thought...

I know at first glance, this site might seem too good to be true. Yes it is legal. The GOTD team deal directly with the software developers and promote their programs.
Sometimes the official program sites even mention GiveAwayOfTheDay.com when their programs are being given away.
