   it has here and 8 hours the same problem.. what can i do?

   Make sure your Internet Explorer isn't set to offline (even if you use Firefox the giveaway site requires I.E. to be online) . Go to file and uncheck the work offline near the bottom of the drop down menu.

   Other things you can do is clear out your internet cache and reboot your modem and routers.

   If you aren't sure how to clear out your cache just Google it. It's slightly different depending on whether you are using Win XP, Vista or Win 7. :)

   still not.. is in the first step.. when i press " open" (cause i have 7 need to go with admin , i do ) next show the pic and next the pic and it close.. cant load .. what can i do now? i did all them before..still not.

   Every giveawayoftheday program needs a TCP connection to the activation server of gotd (and in some cases also to the program's company server) to unwrap itself and to continue with the setup or activation of a program..

   Things that might block activation/setup ,even when run as admin, in most cases are:

   -if you’re using alternative browser, for some reason your IE could be set to work offline.

   - “setup.exe” or “activate.exe” failed to use a TCP connection because your firewall or antivirus blocked them

   -a proactive application monitoring program prevents the wrapper to connect to the server(s)

   -Recently I discovered my antivirus had removed part of a setup without prior notice,i.e for some reason it removed the actual setup file (...and the wrapped setup suddenly became a lot smaller that what I had downloaded,though still wrapped)
   But it was a false positive. :)

   -Let's just say Comodo-although topnotch, is a bit peculiar and needs proper configuration to handle the gotd setup routine.
   In fact I've seen a lot of people disabling the very restrictive proactive defense+ module.

   -setup/activate was run outside the 24hour limit … or the giveaway ended too soon.
   -the file was locked because it was still in use by another program
   -the activation server(s) was(were) temporarily unavailable
