Within the free iResizer program from GiveawayOfTheDay (GOTD) , there is no access to registration through GOTD or from the developers site , have I received a Serial Key, should I need to reinstall this program after the Free GOTD offer expires. GOTD programs are just that "Give Away of the Day" They are not intended to be and won't activate after the day they are offered.

There are several posts (in fact a lot more than several) as this question is asked time and time again in various ways. As Dragonlair states, the giveaway must be installed and activated within the 24 hour giveaway period which in the UK starts at 8am in the morning and finishes the following day at the same time. Pacific time it's midnight to midnight, Mountain time 1am to 1 am, Easter time 3am to 3am.
The activations come in one of four forms usually.
1) ... There's the dual activation and setup module that contains everything to get you up and running. That must be installed within the 24 hours.
2) ... There's the separate activation module (in the form of an orange icon with a key image on it), that can only be used between the 24 hour period. The set up file can be used at any time, but it will only function as a demo until you've activated it using the activation key.
3) ... Then there's the third way. This is a wrapped set up file which must be installed within the 24 hour period, plus usually you'll find a registration code written in the read me together with the terms & conditions.
4) ... Finally a fourth method where you again get a wrapped set up file that has to be installed within the 24 hour period; plus you have to register on the developers web site to get the registration code. In this case you'll usually find a url in the read me or you may be directed to the developers site when you install the demo of the program. The registration on each developers web site can vary a little, but it's all common sense.
If you ever get stuck, just post a request for help in the days giveaway comments section and here in the forums. Please do ignore the tendancy of the community to give negative votes for requests for help. Those votes are generally meaningless.
In all cases you must install and activate the program within the 24 hour period.
Here are two useful posts that you should read; the first is a FAQ's post which you can access HERE and the second one you'll find HERE. These two posts will tell you how to utilize the giveaway project to its fullest.
The same rules apply to the game giveaway section which only runs at weekends now.
